Pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1092 (f), the "Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act" ("Clery Act"), the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and the Higher Education Opportunity Act, UC Irvine distributes the annual report contains important information about security policies and procedures; Clery Act crime data; crime prevention and reporting; emergency response and evacuation; emergency notifications; timely warnings; alcohol, drug and weapon policies; and other topics.
